Tenant Risk Assessment Launches New Website, Brand Identity

Tenant Risk Assessment (TRA) today unveiled a new brand identity and website, designed by Collect NEW YORK. The new look updates and elevates the company’s image to reflect the premium credit and due diligence services it has provided clients throughout its 15-year history.

The new direction – We run the numbers, you run the business – has been crafted to communicate TRA’s purpose as a trusted partner to commercial real estate professionals throughout North America. In addition to the new website, logo, and custom illustrations, the rebrand includes an extensive library of updated resources for clients to leverage in their decision-making, education, and training.

“This update is bold and significant, but TRA’s long-time clients will recognize the brand within the new design,” said Managing Principal Bradley Tisdahl. “These changes align with the ways we continue to reinvest in service, speed, and diligence tools to secure our clients’ investments, as well as in the ways we will diversify our services in the future.”

The update also lays the foundation for TRA’s expanding products and services, including an upcoming self-service credit tool, as the company continues to support its clients in the post-pandemic marketplace, where credit is intrinsic to the business decisions required of its clients.

About the logo and design

TRA’s new monogram, cut from a sharp sans serif, embodies the precision of TRA’s financial analysis and the process through which the organization identifies risk. The letter T—which stands for Tenant—features a single curved cutaway, which reveals a hidden shape of the letter R, a direct visual metaphor for identifying risk within the tenant rent roll.

The new brand identity is designed to underscore TRA’s proficiency in the technical and detailed work required in financial analyses. It illuminates the company’s pride in supporting its clients to turn their energy and focus to their own goals and objectives.

Throughout TRA’s brand imprint are custom illustrations by Swedish artist Jonas Mosesson. Under the direction of Collect NEW YORK, TRA sought Jonas’ expertise to communicate the personable nature of the company and to bring new energy to the otherwise technical subject matter.
